
Hi, I'm Virginia

I am an Accredited Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry. I am currently completing a Master degree in Clinical Dietetics at Edith Cowan University. My areas of expertise include strength and functional training, as well as nutrition for performance and fitness. My mission is to help recreational athletes optimising their physical abilities and sports performance through science-based coaching.
Sports have played a significant role in my life since I was young. I began by competing at a national level in martial arts at a young age, and in my late 20's I discovered the world of endurance sports. I got quickly hooked and had the privilege to compete at a high level in Australia and abroad in triathlon, running, off-road triathlon, MTB and swimrunning. My sporting career made me appraciate the benefits that resistance training and adequate nutrition have on health, performance, recovery and injury prevention. By combining knowledge with passion, I bring an holistic approach to my coaching for anyone wanting to stay healthy, train smarter and have longevity in their sport.
